NOTE: This is not a precooked instant porridge mix. It requires cooking but takes only few minutes.

Directions
Porridge:
1. Add 2 Tbsp of Mum's Mill multigrain porridge mix to 120ml water and mix well without any lumps. Boil the mix for 5 mins in medium flame.
2. Add milk of your choice (optional)
3. Add sweetener of your choice (Jaggery/honey/palm sugar) and milk for a sweet version or add a pinch of salt, pinch of pepper powder and buttermilk for a savoury version.
Puttu:
1.Sprinkle some water and steam the porridge mix.
2. Add sweetener of your choice (Jaggery/palm sugar) and grated coconut for a sweet version or add salt, tempering (oil, mustard seeds, slit green chillies, curry leaves) for a savoury version.
