Our mission is to help our customers achieve optimal health using natural ingredients. According to Ayurveda, everyone's body constitution is unique—what works to bring balance for one will not necessarily bring balance for all. 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the price paid for the products. 

Ayurveda is a journey to greater self-awareness and often requires a bit of exploration. While you might notice a difference in your well-being right away, it is often recommended to take herbs for four to six weeks to experience their full effects. We offer an abundance of healing herbs and products, and we invite you to use your refund to try another product to discover what works best for you.

We proud ourselves in taking steps towards a sutainable future. At this stage we donate 1% of our annual turnover to 1% for the planet which is used by non profit environmental organisations around the world in various sustainable activities. Read More

All products can be purchased via our online store and will be shipped via Australia post or Fedex.
We do not have a physical store.

We have taken effort to include as much details as possible in the product details page. If you feel any information is missing or you have additional queries, please email us at info@mumsmill.com.au. we will get back to you with in 2 business days in most case.

We are busy milling your products every day and may not be available to attend calls. If we miss your call, Please leave a detailed voicemail and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

All our products are manufactured in Sydney, Australia using local and imported ingredients. Please check individual products for more details.

Yes, all our products are made from natural plant based ingredients only and we do not use any animal based products. We are currently workign on getting our products Vegan certified, please join our Club Ayurveda newsletter or our social media profiles to get the update when the certification process is complete.

We do not process any wheat or soy in our facilities. However some of the ingredients we source are processed in a facitlity that also processes wheat or soy and hence may contain traces of wheat and Soy, Please check individual products for further details.

Yes, we do process Almonds, Cashews, Pistachios, Peanuts in our food processing facility. And almond powders are used in some of our batha nd body products. So our products may contain traces of these nuts.

Also our hair oils are formulated using sesame oil.

Yes, we offer productt samples and its absolutely free. You just need to pay for shipping. Please check the Free samples page to choose your sample.

Edible Products

Our goal is to provide naturally healthy foods with minimal processing. So we do not use additives or fillers in any of our products.

We thrive to produce natural food procucts with minimal processing and do not like to add any preservatives. Most of products do not contain preservatives, however it is not feasible to avoid preservatives 100%. To find out if a particular product has any preservatives, please check the product details page.

No. We do not use any colors or flavors.

Skin and Hair care Products

No, we do not use any animal products.

Yes, we do not use any anmal based ingredients and we do not engage any kind of animal testing. We are currently working on our certification and we will update you as soon we are certified.

Natural ingredients are safe in general but may work differently depending on your body as each individual is different and unique. We always recommend doing a patch test before first use and discontinue use if any problems occur.

No, we do not recommend product for treatting any specific health conditions. The regulations prohibit us from making any statements that imply our products are intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, illness, or symptom. These regulations include traditional uses of an herb for particular health conditions.

If you require Ayurvedic assitance, we recommend contacting a Ayurvedic practioner.

The shelf life is normally 2 years from the date of manufacture. Please refer to the physical product labels for accurate date of manufacture and best before or expiry daates.

All our products are manufacrured using traditional Ayurvedic principles and techniques. From time to time, we post our process in our youtube channel. Please subscribe to our channel to watch these process videos and more.

All our products are packaaged in wither biodegradable or recyclable materials. And we do not use any outer boxed for the products to avoid excess packaging and waste.

Orders Processing

The current processing times for readily available items is 1 to 2 business days.

We accept all VISA and Master cards and payments are securely processed by Shopify's stripe Payment gateway. We do not store your credit card details. Please read our privacy policy for more details.

We also accept additional payment options - Paypal, Shop Pay, ZipPay and After Pay. 

Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be updated on your order, which will be notified to you. 
You can also check your order status by logging into your account or by  providing your  order number name or email in our chat.

Order confirmation emails can sometime end up in the spam folder, please do  check your spam folder, If you still can't find the order confirmation email, please contact us via phone or email. 

Please do email us some photos of the damaged item along with your order number to info@mumsmill.com.au within 7 days of receiving the delivery and we will send you a replacement. 

We want you to be healthy and happy! If you're not satisfied with one of our products for any reason, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase.

We currently ship to New Zealand and will be adding other destinations in the future. Please subscribe to our newsletter to receive updates. Alternately follow us on social media.

No. We do not offer pickup option. All orders are shipped via AU post or courier.

We have no control over delivery delays by the shipping carriers. However rest assured, if your parcel gets lost in transit, we will send you replacement or a refund.

We do not have fixed shipping rates. The charges are calculated automatically by the shipping carrier based on the order size and weight. You can get a shipping estimate on the cart page once you have added the items to your cart.

Yes, shipping is free for order over $100AUD within Australia
