AutoShip is a convenient way to get the products you want delivered to you on a regular schedule, for a discounted price. With AutoShip, you never have to worry about running out of the items you love, or having to go through the order process every time you want to re-order your favorites.

Managing Your AutoShip

You can customize the shipping date, frequency, quantity, shipping address, billing address, and payment method in the My AutoShip section of My Account on our site. You can also easily cancel your subscription anytime.Changes to orders can be made anytime up to 48 hours before the scheduled order shipment date.

Auto ship FAQ

Signing up for AutoShip is easy: it can be done while browsing on a product page.

To subscribe, simply select the AutoShip option for your desired product, select your preferred shipment frequency, and then check out as normal.

Unfortunately, AutoShip is not available in New Zealand or in any other international countries. Banyan AutoShip is available for domestic orders only at this time.

No, currently AutoShip orders ship by our standard shipping method, which is calculated by order total. Express options are not available for AutoShip orders.

If you would like to receive your product sooner, you can change the date on your AutoShip deliveries.

Once you’ve joined, AutoShip is easy to manage. You can change your next order date, skip an order, change your selected frequency, or cancel a subscription by visiting  My Account on our site. Please allow up to 24 hours for modifications or cancellations to be processed.

To change your next order date, visit the My AutoShip section of My Account on our site up to 48 hours before the scheduled order shipment date. Click the date of your next delivery, shown in orange next to the calendar icon, and select the date you'd like your order shipped on. This will change the order date for that entire order.

o change the credit or debit card associated with a specific subscription order, visit the My AutoShip section of My Account.

From here, click "edit" on the AutoShip Credit Cart and update the information with your chosen credit or debit card.

All AutoShip subscriptions require a debit or credit card for payment. Alternative payment forms, such as PayPal, money orders, and cashier checks cannot be accepted at this time.

Yes! The 15% AutoShip discount applies to all subscription items that do not already have a discount or promotional price applied.

No. If your subscription item is in a promotion, you will receive the greatest discount available; either the 15% AutoShip discount or the promotional discount, but not both.

You can edit or cancel an order up to 48 hours before the next order date. If it is within 24 hours of the shipment date, we are unable to make changes to your order.
