Returns Policy

Not satisfied with the Product

We want you to be healthy and happy! If you're not satisfied with one of our products for any reason, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase.

To make a return, please contact our Customer Care team via email, chat, or over the phone +61 (02) 4724 9014 and we'll give you a Return Merchandise Authorization number.

We'll use this RMA# to process your return, so once you receive it, please write it big and clear on both the box label and a piece of paper placed inside your package.

Once we receive your return, we'll refund the product's cost to the same card you used to purchase it. We do not reimburse shipping costs and apologize for the inconvenience.

Change of Mind Returns

We do not accept change of mind or cancellation of order in any circumstances. No refunds will be provided. 

Delivery Delays by Shipping Carrier

Currently, there are delays across the globe for deliveries by all shipping carriers due to Pandemic situation. Mum's Mill has no control/responsibility for any delays caused by the post/couriers services. No refunds will be provided for delivery delays beyond our control. 

Terms:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we are not responsible for items lost or not received by us. If items are lost in transit or not received by us, the returns process cannot be progressed and no refund can be provided.
