General

We accept no liability (to the fullest extent allowed by law) for the accuracy of information contained on Product pages or on the website, which may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors. However, this provision does not affect your statutory rights and remedies. We use all reasonable endeavours to adhere to the delivery times set. Please see the Delivery Policy page for detailed information on delivery timescales.

Upon receipt of payment your order will be processed and shipped within 1 to 4 business days.

These terms & conditions contain the whole of our agreement relating to your purchase, together with our website prices and contact details. They cannot be varied except where in writing and signed by an employee, agent or Director of Mum's Mill

Credit card safety

Mum's Mill use the PayPal or EFT (Shopify payments)  system to protect your credit card information and do not release it to any other organisation. You can place your orders using their secure server. Any losses sustained by the transmission of personal information by e-mail or Internet links shall be borne exclusively by you.

Transactions

Mum's Mill  intends to provide you with the safest and most secure shopping experience possible. Since offerings and technologies change, we reserve the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of our Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice. If policy changes are substantial, we will notify our customers via e-mail. Please periodically review our Privacy Policy for changes. Privacy Guarantee

We will not rent or sell your name, address, e-mail address, credit card information or personal information to any third party. If you have purchased from our store, subscribed to one of our newsletters and entered any of our competitions, or advised us of your e-mail address, post & telephone number – we may occasionally update you on news and special opportunities via e-mail.

Communication & Marketing

By becoming a member of Mum's Mill and providing us with your e-mail, postal address and telephone number you consent to receive communication from us and our associated brands about latest products and special offers. Our emails refer to your Mum's Mill membership and the products & services we offer, which we think may be of interest to you.

Out of Stock Items

All products are subject to availability. Back ordered products include items that are not currently in stock. Should this occur, we would e-mail you with the anticipated dispatch date. If for any reason we determine that a back ordered item will no longer be available, we will notify you immediately by e-mail, cancel the item from your order, and refund you in full, or you may choose an alternative product of the same value.

Return Policy

Change of mind returns is not accepted. Only damaged items can be returned.

Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and must be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food cannot be returned.

Additional non-returnable items: Some health and personal care items, All Made to order items.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your financial institution, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us support@mumsmill.com.au with your order and refund approval email. 

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@mumsmill.com.au and send your item to: PO Box 66, Glenfield, NSW 2167, Australia

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Mum's Mill , PO Box 66, Glenfield, NSW 2167, Australia

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

If your purchase from Mum's Mill is found to be faulty, damaged, please return it to us per the instructions above for a credit or full refund. Refunds for valid claims will be made via the same method or bank transfer.

Cancellation

Order cancellation is not allowed. No Change of mind cancellations.

•  We reserve the right to alter prices to take into account forces beyond our control (e.g. currency fluctuations).
•  We will not be liable to you for any loss or damage caused by us, our employees or our agents in circumstances where:

(a) there is no breach of duty of care owed to you by us or by any of our employees or agents;
(b) such loss or damage is not a reasonably foreseeable result of any such breach;
(c) any increase in loss or damage results from breach by you of any of these terms and conditions; or
(d) such loss or damage relates to any business or non-consumer loss or damage including, without limitation lost data, lost profits and business interruptions.
